An outline of train lines is useful at home. On the day, you need a destination, a doorway, a meeting point and a route back. Put those details into a short memo you can keep with you.

Keep every time in Japan Standard Time

The memo uses Japan Standard Time (JST), without converting your device’s timezone. Enter the local dates and times that you intend to use in Osaka. If you return after midnight, choose the next date. A target arrival back at your hotel is your own planning goal; it is not a verified train connection or guaranteed check-in time.

Use Osaka Metro’s English route search for your travel date and intended departure time. Save the result where you can retrieve it, then allow for station exits and the walk to the actual entrance. This page does not retrieve fares, schedules or service disruptions.

Name the venue and entrance precisely

Yumeshima Station and an event entrance at INTEX Osaka are different destinations. The official INTEX train guide lists access from Cosmosquare, Trade Center-mae and Nakafuto. Check your organiser’s instructions for the particular hall and entrance. Copy the official building or venue name into your memo; keep a fuller address or map separately if needed.

For a group, pick a landmark everyone can find before entering. Agree what to do if you arrive at different times. A meeting-point note is useful even when mobile reception is poor; avoid putting your companions’ contact details into the tool.

Plan the return before adding another stop

Decide when to leave the venue, then check the return to your accommodation for that date. Keep luggage arrangements and late check-in questions in your reminders. If an event changes or you miss your planned arrival, the alternative field gives you a place to record a different activity or a return to your hotel. Check cancellation and admission terms with the relevant provider.
